I understand that by checking the “I have read and agree to the terms above” checkbox, I acknowledge that I have read and that I agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below, and that I am at least 18 years of age.

1. Age Limitations.
By accepting, you understand the age restrictions of the corresponding ticket purchased. "Standard Access Pass" holders must be 18 years of age or older. The "Premium Access Pass" ticket includes a happy hour to allow the consumption of alcohol and you are bound to all State and Federal age requirement laws. Therefore you must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a "Premium Access Pass" and participate in the Happy Hour. To add a machine gun run to a ticket, you must be 21 years of age or older by 6/21/25. Participants MUST present a valid Government Issued ID to verify age and eligibility at check in.

2. Tickets purchased are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value.

3. Refunds
Event tickets are non-refundable. Please do not purchase a ticket unless you are sure you will attend. If you are unable to attend, please offer your ticket to another party. To edit the attendee, please contact Black Wing directly.

4. Range Safety and Liability Waiver.
Each participant/ticket holder must read, sign, and agree to our safety and liability waiver terms as part of the registration process. Failure to do so will prohibit participation. We reserve the right to restrict or deny participation to anyone that we determine to be, or to have been, in violation of our policies.

5. Photo Release
Attendees may be filmed, photographed, or sound recorded for broadcast, publication, or security purposes while at the event by the organizer and/or our trusted sponsors and partners.

6. Order Confirmation and Processing
Your order is confirmed when a confirmation in the form of a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”) is received.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. We will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed due to failure to receive a confirmation.

7. Service Fees, Order Processing Fees, and Taxes
Tickets purchased on our Site are typically subject to, among other possible fees, a per ticket service fee and/or a per order processing fee. We collect tax as required by state and local laws. We may display the tax separately or include it in the total service fee amount.
